Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Axiom Rail Services LLC harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of Purchasers involvement, use of  in ANY PRODUCTS SOLD on the Axiom Rail Services website, and to reimburse it for any such expenses incurred.

By Completing a purchase of any kind or amount, the purchaser agrees to these terms in their entirety.

All Sales are Final. Any and all sales transacted under this agreement are final and without recourse to both the Seller and the Purchaser. While Axiom Rail Services will do it's best to ensure the stock of items are filled, Purchaser should check with Axiom Rail Services prior to any purchases to ensure stock and product are still available.
